Some builders refuse to do 'custom' changes or charge exorbitant prices. At CJ Piper, we encourage you to sit down with us to modify your plans to meet your family's needs. When we are ready to start the construction of your new home, you will meet with the Production Manager to start the process.
As the building process continues, the Production Manager keeps you in the loop. Once the home is safe to enter, we walk you through and answer any questions prior to the installation of the drywall. Feel free to visit the site as we continue the construction with scheduled appointments.
Upon completion of your new home, we sit down once more and cover any operations/maintenance information that you should know. After that, you'll be comfortable enough to enjoy your new home.
